Simon Carter

Simon Carter is a menswear brand that is rooted in ‘Simon’s love for all things vintage and different’. We were commissioned to do a series prints that would go on their shirts and apparel, since they were coming to India. We came up with elements intrinsic to us, while still being consistent with their style and aesthetic.

Instead of going to usual route and working with autorickshaws and dabbas, we decided to work with things that we are surrounded by and what we thought was characteristic – we chose our beautiful Indian street dogs, the classic Maruti, the buffaloes that we see roaming the streets in most cities, our bandwalas that are spotted at most Indian weddings and our train stations that are an ecosystem in themselves.
